The Power of Language

The Power of Language

Do you believe in the power of language? Or do you think the language you use makes no difference in how your life turns out?

I have been getting a lot of synchronicity and messages to watch out my mouth what to say about others as well as myself, even when no one is listening.

You know why?

Because the language has its own energy and frequency; either positive or negative and what comes out of your month sends out that vibration to the Universe.

And then, you know the Universal rules. What you give comes back to you. You will end up experiencing an event that matches the frequency of the language you used.

What kind of experience would you like to have?

Let’s play this game together for the next 10 days and see what will happen to us!

Let Go, Let God

Let Go and Let God

You’ve heard this saying somewhere before. But, boy…it’s easier said than done, isn’t it?

We know and understand this in our mind, but it just doesn’t quite sink in deeply into our heart. When everything is under control, it gives us comfort. We feel safe. But when things are out of control, we feel overwhelmed and frustrated.

When we have a goal that we really want to achieve, we fixate on the results and forget to enjoy the process.

We started something because it was just fun, but then, if we didn’t get the results or response we had expected, we would forget why we started it in the first place and it turns into something that frustrates us.

Living in a corporate world, we have become so results-driven and competitive. But who are we competing with?

Things are changing now. Let’s find the fun back like when we were children. Children don’t care about results. They are always having fun at hand. They are living in a moment.

The Power of Meditation

The Power of Meditation

Do you meditate regularly? I remember the first time I started meditation based on my mentor coach’s recommendation several years ago, I was frustrated. My mind was in full force during the meditation. It was almost opposite effect and I felt like I was creating MORE TIME TO THINK by meditating and doing more things to do in my busy schedules.

I was like, don’t we meditate to be calm, get out of our head, and be still? So, I didn’t get it. I didn’t understand why many people recommend meditation so strongly.

I was also looking for results. My mentor coach reminded me over and over that meditation is not about results, it’s a process.

Now, I’ve been reaping so many benefits from my daily meditation. One of the biggest ones is my intuition. My ability to hear my small inner voice and to listen to my intuition has been improved so much.

It does not necessarily happen during a meditation, but if meditation becomes your daily routine, out of the blue, you will often get an answer for what you’ve been asking and pondering.

It happened to me this morning while doing my laundry. It was a big a-ha moment.

One Act out of Love per Day

One Act out of Love per Day

Here’s something I have started recently. One good deed per day.  A deed out of love, not out of egos or fears. At least once a day.

A small thing you can do to your family members, your co-workers, your neighbors, delivery persons, workers at a grocery store or at a dry cleaner, or strangers.

You can give them some encouraging words, show them your appreciation, extend them some extra support, tell them you care about them and love them, give them some compliments, make them smile or laugh. It doesn’t’ cost you a penny, but it will impact their lives in a big positive way so they can impact the lives of others in the same way. Isn’t that wonderful?

I realized that by doing this act out of love mindfully at least once a day, my vibrations go up and I end up feeling much better myself! So, it’s a win-win.

Join me in this game and make a difference in the world!

Light & Darkness

Light & Darkness

We all feel that we are in a big force of change and transformation this year. There’s no deny there. So, we have two choices; either we resist what is or we take this as a great opportunity to reflect our life and zap what is no longer serving us and get ready for new things.

Many of us are facing what has been neglected or avoided to face and this world pandemic is forcing us to make some major changes.

When going to the next stage in life, we have to go through some uncomfortable phases. Because you have to get outside your comfort zone. That’s normal, right?

But I feel that this is something different. I feel that the Universe is asking us for our commitment to changes and transformation. It is requiring us to declare what we want and how we want to live our life and that we accept any challenges coming our way to get there.

In order to live in a new world, we need to raise our vibrations. We need to go back to who we really are, love and light.

In some way or another, including myself, I’ve heard many unusual events happening in peoples’ lives to force them to face their darkness. It’s as if the Universe really wanted to expedite the healing process so we can make it to the Universal ascension that is unfolding now.

Everyone has darkness because our soul purpose for incarnation is to grow. Without darkness, we cannot learn anything. Our darkness may be inner child wounds that are hurting or sad memories from childhood or young -adulthood.  We are now being asked to bring those darkness to light and heal. Heal your little-self who felt alone and who was desperate for love.

Forgive people who hurt us and understand that was also a form of love on a soul level. Send hem love, light, healing, and blessing.

We can know what the light is because we experienced darkness. Join me on his journey of healing and self-love.

The Mirror of Relationship

The Mirror of Relationship

You’ve probably heard about this concept and how it works. But, boy…., it’s hard to swallow… don’t you agree?

You see and deal with people that frustrate you and those “types” seem to be always around you and never go away! Does that sound familiar to you? Well, I am not an exception who is always trapped in those “people.”

I knew about this “mirror of relationship” and how people around you are just a reflection of who you are. But, I wasn’t convinced. I was like, “how could it be? I am the opposite end of the spectrum! I would never act like them or think like them!”  I was denial.

Then, one day, it hit me. Once again during my daily healing meditation. Yes, my 2020 big game. I’ve been focusing on “self-love” and suddenly, I realized that those “types” are the exactly the “types” that I hate to see myself to be. I can’t stand if I were like them.

Do you know what that means? That means, I AM NOT ACCEPTING MYSELF AND LOVING MYSELF UNCONDITIONALLY” BINGO!!!

I’ve had so may “have to” about myself. I have to be this and that. If I am not living up to my own expectations, I am not approving myself. I can’t accept myself.

Judgement is a projection of self-critics. When I am OK with no matter how I am and what I do or don’t do and love myself unconditionally, I believe I will love and accept everyone who is reflecting in my mirror. Because in the end, there’s only me in the world. Everyone is just a fraction of who I am, myself.

The More I Let Go, The More I will Have

So, my Year 2020 Big Game continues. Self-healing…that is….

How do I do it? The best way is through meditation. As many of you have been doing for the last three months, I am staying at home almost all day, which gives me plenty of time for self-reflection.

When I have been having super busy days (until not so long ago!), I used to have many excuses NOT to meditate, but now, no excuses! What a perfect timing that the Universe gave me this challenge!

I am focusing on all my “should” and “rules” or “generalization” that I held onto or blocked new possibilities and letting go of my fears of losing those familiar territories.

Then, one day during my daily meditation, it suddenly hit me. A big a-ha moment. “The more I let go, the more I will have.”  And here’s another big one. “The more I let go, the more I am becoming.”

That is who I really am. Love and light to serve people and evolve the world.

I am declaring to the Universe that I am ready for that change.

Self-Love

Self-Love

It’s a huge topic. Self-acceptance and self-compassion are also in the same family. Be kind to yourself, be patient with yourself, or be good to yourself. It’s easier said than done, right? Yes, we all know loving ourselves is important because the more love you have for yourself, the more love you can give to others.  We all understand that in our heads, but why does it seem so hard to love ourselves?

We are so good at finding what is not right with ourselves and our focus always goes there. Then, what happens? Our mood goes down and energy gets low.

I was growing up in a very competitive environment and we were constantly judged by parents, teachers, neighbors, relatives, and society if somebody else was “BETTER” or if we were not following what was “defined” as good and right things to do.

So, go figure… I’d been self-judgmental and I’d have always expected the best from myself. All or nothing.

Self-love has been my challenge for quite a long time, but if I am quite honest with you, I still I don’t know how to do it. I don’t know how it works. It seems like such a toll order for me.

Then, on my big milestone BD this year, the bell rang!!

I can start with making myself happy every day. It’s just as simple as that. I made up my mind that going forward, my every day top priority should be making myself happy. The happier I feel, the more love I will have for others. Being happy elevates my mood and my energetic field will have a higher frequency. And I will attract the same energy from external world.

I will do so by really tuning in my heart and feelings and listening in what I really want and need at each moment. Forget about what I “have to” or “should” do. Forget about productivity or efficiency. Just follow my heart, trust my intuition, and act for joy and excitement, not for accomplishment or based on “plans,” structures, or routines.

And guess what? I’ve been enjoying my daily life much more! I’m not stick to a routine anymore. I am being more spontaneous. I am enjoying small changes and new experiments every day. I even created a “making myself happy” reminder on my apps with my own voice recording and other types, to check in how I feel every one or two hours a day. I put my hand-writing reminders in my kitchen and on the bathroom mirror. “How can I make myself happy today? “What can I do to make me happy today?”

it’s fun and working great! I can’t wait to see where I will be by the end of 2020 in this “self-love” game.  Because making myself happy not by relying on external situations or people or some accomplishments is one form of self-love. Who knows? I may be loving myself more than I could have never imagined!

Remembering “Oneness” and Coming Back to It.

What a new year has it been in 2020! Globally, we are all facing unprecedented challenges and experiencing something we couldn’t even imagine that we would go through before. It’s scary, sad, worrisome, hard, uncomfortable, and inconvenient to all of us, not to mention it’s a life or death battle physically and financially to many people. But, what if this global pandemic was meant to have happened now? What if we think it as something that was to bring balance and harmony to the world?

As we all know, we don’t like changes even if it is a “positive” change and even if we are not happy with or suffering from the current situation because a “change” takes courage, energy, and effort. Change is uncomfortable. We get too comfortable in an unsatisfied or mediocre situation.  Sometimes we need a push, some external force to push us out of our comfort zone.

What if this pandemic happened as an inevitable external force to bring changes to our lives? We share the same pandemic that is happening all over the world, but it has a different meaning on an individual level. It may mean that you need to face to review your relationships with your loved ones or family. Or it may mean that you need to stop dragging yourself to go to work that you absolutely hate. Or it may mean that you need to rest, regain your energy, and treat yourself better. Or it may mean that you need to start doing what brings joy more into your life. It could mean many different things to many different people.

There is one thing that we share in common.

What if this pandemic is the way of the Universe’s telling us to stop being so busy, be still, review our life, make changes, and live a harmonious life with others and the Earth, and act out of love for ourselves and others? Most importantly, to remember who we really are, remember that we are “One” and we came from the same place. We are coming back to that “Oneness,” not “Separation” that creates egos.  This pandemic forces us to become “One” and support each other so we can remember “Oneness” again.

Let’s meditate on that together..

Finding Your North Star

Hello BIG PLAYERS in the World!!

I am back! It’s been a long challenging journey for me. You’ll really never know what’s ahead of you in life. Every year, I end up landing a place where I could have never possibly imagined. It is scary, but you just have to trust the process and that life is unfolding as it should.

As I shared in “My Big Game in 2019,” I lost my father two years ago. I will be honest, but I wasn’t so close to my dad, so I didn’t even know how much he was loved and respected as a man with a class as well as a great leader by many people until he passed. In fact, I’ve learned a lot about my dad that I’d never known before.

Ironically, when he had a few months to live, I was promoted to a managerial position. My dad was very proud and smiled when I visited him at a hospital. He kept my new business card by his bed until he died. Recently, I have been promoted to a senior level managerial position. I wish my dad were still here so I could have seen him smile at me again being proud. If he were still here, I could have asked him for guidance and advice. I’m sure my dad is watching over me now, but since he passed, I had so many questions I wanted to ask my dad.

Since then, when facing challenges at work in the new position or when I am unsure what the right thing to do is as a leader, I ask myself, “what would my father do in this situation?”, “what would my father say to that?”, or “how would my father respond to that?” That has become my guiding point, my North Star.

How about you? What is your North Star? Who do you look up to? Who do you admire? Who do you want to make proud? If you don’t have anyone like that in your life, it can be your childhood superhero. If you have that unshakable guiding point, you’ll never be lost. You will be always guided to the right direction. And one day, you will become someone’s North Star!
